CHOOSING A FLAT
Please choose an apartment and make the reservation by filling in a reservation form..

After you have chosen a flat please make a prepayment to guarantee your reservation.

PREPAYMENT POLICY
The prepayment gives you a guarantee of reservation and,as a result, the check-in.
To reserve apartment we require a 80USD prepayment that is included in the total rent price. All clients who do prepayment will be the first provided with a flat.

If for any reason you don't have an opportunity to prepay, you will be able to check in, in case another prepayment hasn't been made for the booking of this flat. If the apartment you chose is unavailable, we’ll offer you a flat of the same price and/or location.

PREPAYMENT
It's possible to make a prepayment with your credit card by PayPal, by a bank transfer ( Washington Mutual, USA) or by Western Union system.

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy
We try to make checks-in and checks-out as flexible as possible to save your mone
Check-In time is 1:00 pm (13:00). For early check in please reserve apartment for 1 extra night and we will keep apartment for you. In case the flat is vacant you can check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. Otherwise please wait till 12:00 or 13:00
Check out time is 12 p.m. (12:00) but if the apartment isn't reserved after you it's possible to stay 1-3 hours more. Late check-out till 20.00 is charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. For early check in or late check-out please inform us beforehand.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Before checking in the apartment please make sure that everything is in order and that the flat is in good condition. Before your check-out our representative will come to check the condition of the flat and pick up the keys. In case any damage you will have to pay for it.
